The Subtle Art of Not Giving a Fuck : A Counterintuitive Approach to Living a Good Life is a New York Times and Globe and Mail Bestseller book written by Mark Manson. He is a star blogger with more than two million readers. He lives in New York city. This is his first book.

A superstar blogger shows us that the key to being stronger, happier people is to handle adversity better and stop trying to be "positive" all the time.

This book consists of nine chapters which has further sub chapters. Of these nine chapters, two of them inspired me a lot, they are, Failure Is The Way Forward and The Importance of Saying No. This book is about finding what is important to you and not bothering about the unimportant. He mentions to give less or at all not fucks to the things that are not important to you. You should wisely take decisions.

Basically, a self-help book which revolves around not giving so much attention to unimportant things or to care less about them. In one of his chapters he talks about that, that you will "kill yourself", if you are so much concerned about things which are not important to you.
